1. How are the products in the online shop organized?
We try to present the products as clearly as possible for you. More than 1000 articles make it necessary to arrange them in a variety of categories and subcategories. Try to think first in which category your product may be placed and then click through the respective categories. You can also use the search function. The layout of the product navigation also enables you to simply browse an look what we have to offer.
1.1 What do the main categories Products and Brands mean?
Both categories should make it easier for you to find the right products. Each product can be found either by selecting “Products” or “Brands”. In the category “brands” you will find products sorted according to manufacturers with respective subcategories. In “products” you will find a variety of categories in which all products of the manufacturers are presented. This allows you to get a general idea on the variety of our offerings. An example: You are looking for Dr. Hauschka's Rose Day Cream. You will find it in the category brands/Dr Hauschka/face care/day care as well as in products/face care/day care, where you can also see the day care products from other manufacturers.
1.2 What kind of information on the products are available?
First choose a product category, then you will obtain of all products belonging to this category. If you want to know more about the products, click on “details” an a window with a detailed product description will appear.
1.3 Can I order information material and samples?
If you have any wish concerning this matter, please use the message box when dispatching your order. We will try to fulfill your wishes according to availability.
1.4 Can I have (wrapped) gifts sent?
We will gladly send you products in a gift wrap against small additional charge. You can choose this option when having selected the shopping cart.
1.5 Are products offered at Belladonna tested on animals?
None of the offered products are tested on animals. We, and also the manufacturers of the products we offer, strictly disapprove of animal testing.
1.6 I suffer from an allergy against a certain substance
The declaration of the ingredients does not always state whether the according substance is part of the composition. When in doubt, feel free to contact us, and we will inform inform you whether you can use the product or not.
2. Order transaction and registration
2.1 Order transaction When you have found your desired product, you can put it into your shopping cart without commitment by clicking on the shopping cart icon. The content of your shopping cart can be looked at any time by clicking on the icon shopping cart. Items can be removed from shopping cart any time. If you want to buy the items in your shopping cart, please click on the icon “to cash point”. Please type in your personal data, mandatory data are marked with *. Registration is not necessary. Your data will be transferred encrypted. After submission of your data and choice of payment, you will get to the order page where you can double-check your submissions. By clicking the icon “confirm order” you will complete your order transaction. The transaction can be canceled any time by closing your browser window. On the individual pages you can find further information, e.g possibilities of adjustment. We will save the wording and will send you your order data and our terms. Terms ans conditions can be looked at here at any time. Order data will not be available on the internet dur to safety reasons.
2.2 How do I register as a customer?
Having chosen your products, you will pass the shopping cart window and get register your personal data. There you can submit billing address as well as shipping address and choose your payment. Your user name will be your email address. If you like to save your personal data, just assign a password and your data will be a at your disposal for your next order.
2.3 How can I pay?
You can pay via SEPA direct debit (only from accounts in Germany), Credit Card (VISA, Euro/Mastercard), Debit Card (Visa Electron, Poste Pay, Servi Red, Carte Bleu), Paypal or Invoice (delieveries in Germany only, for other countries we require pre-payment).
2.4 How much are the shipping fees?
From 40€ order value we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany, orders with lower values will be charged 3,95€ for package and shipping. Shipping costs abroad can be found in the section terms of delivery.
2.5 Can I have my order delivered to different address than mine?
Of course! When registering your personal data you have the possibility to insert various shipping addresses and save them for future orders. You can use this opportunity to have your order delivered to where somebody awaits the package, e.g. your working place or if it is a gift, directly to the presentee.
2.6 Can I order products which are not listed in the online shop? In the online shop you will find products of our most important manufacturers. Beyond that we offer a variety of products from smaller manufacturers and some specialties in our retail store. Feel free to contact us if you are looking for something special!
3. After the order
3.1 How and when do I find out if my order is in stock?
All products in the online shop are in stock, temporarily not deliverable items will be marked accordingly and cannot be put into the shopping cart.
3.2 How do I know whether you have received my order?
After a successful order you will automatically receive an acceptance of order in your email account. Should this not be the case, then something went wrong. Please log in one more time and make sure you typed in your email address correctly and try again one more time if necessary.
3.3 How will the goods be sent?
Delivery will take place exclusively in insured packages. You will receive information on shipment tracking via email.
3.4 Parcel stations and post office boxes
Will naturally be delivered by us.
3.5 How long do I have to wait for the delivery?
National orders will be at your house within two day, international delivery times can be found in the table “terms of delivery”. Should it exceptionally take longer, we will inform you separately.
4. Customer Returns, privacy and service
4.1 How do I act in case of transport damage or wrong deliveries?
Orders are thoroughly prepared and packaged. If you have any complaint, we will deal with it fast and accommodating. Feel free to contact us so we can find a solution altogether.
4.2 You want to return a product
You are guaranteed a two week right of withdrawal. Within this period you can cancel your order. Further information can be found on the page “right of withdrawal”. You can help by contacting us before sending back items so the course af actions can be organized smoothly.
4.3 How is the safety of my personal data guaranteed?
All data are treated with great accuracy and exclusively used for handling your order. Transfer to a third party is excluded. The transmission of the data will be encrypted. Further information on the page “privacy notice”.
