Gua Sha massage is a massage technique that is thousands of years old and has its origins in traditional Chinese medicine. It offers your skin many benefits and is also a soothing ritual that gives you a break from everyday life.

Our Gua Sha is made from 100% naturally pure obsidian. Black obsidian is a powerful healing stone created by the rapid cooling of volcanic lava. In naturopathy, it is said to have clarity and energy as its properties, making it calming, relaxing and anxiety relieving. The obsidianhas the property to store heat and helps with impure skin and clogged pores. Due to its special shapeit ideally adaptsto the contours of the face.

The regular Gua Sha massage:

  • promotes blood circulation in the skin and gives it a rosy complexion
  • stimulates the lymphatic flow, which removes harmful substances

Gib ein paar Tropfen des Recovery Treatment Oils auf dein gereinigtes Gesicht.

Massiere dein Gesicht immer von der Mitte sanft nach außen.

Wangen-Kinn: Setze den Stein mit der langen Kante an der Wangen-Kinnpartie an und ziehe ihn mit leichtem Druck entlang deines Kiefers bis hin zu deinen Ohren. Straffe deine Kontur, indem du die eingekerbte Seite mittig vom Kinn ansetzt und sanft an deiner Kinn-Kiefer-Kontur entlang ziehst.

Augen: Für die Augenpartie benutze hier die eingekerbte Seite des Gua Sha und schiebe ihn ganz sanft vom inneren Augenwinkel bis hin zu den Schläfen.

Stirn: Setze den Stein flach in der Mitte deiner Stirn an und ziehe ihn nach außen über die Schläfen bis zum Haaransatz.

Hals: Für die Förderung des Lymphflusses, streiche deinen Gua Sha von oben nach unten entlang deines Halses.
