Zeitgeist is a new creation from the traditional house of J.F. Schwarzlose Berlin: it reflects the many contrasts of modern times and their sensual contradictions. A mix of sexiness, freshness, changeability and avant-garde.

This fresh fragrance with its contrasting notes is intended to embody the contemporary side of the capital. The united Berlin brings opposites together. New architecture in the former border area, such as Potsdamer Platz, is just as much a part of the city as its forests and parks. Renowned perfumer Véronique Nyberg has captured these contrasts by combining the intense Amber Xtreme with the seductive Peruvian balsam in the top note of the fragrance. The aquatic note of the algae absolute in Zeitgeist was inspired by the large expanses of water at Wannsee and Müggelsee in Berlin. A woody finish with leatherwood in the base note rounds off Zeitgeist - this purist and modern fragrance is already a classic in the Schwarzlose range thanks to its combination of changeability and consistency.

Schwarzlose Parfum is a traditional perfume brand from Berlin that can look back on a long and fascinating history and has now found its rightful place in Belladonna's perfume department. Founded in 1856 by Joachim Friedrich Schwarzlose, the company quickly developed into one of the most respected perfume houses in Germany. Schwarzlose Parfum was known for its exquisite fragrances and the high quality of its products and enjoyed great popularity both in Berlin society and internationally.

The company specialized in the production of luxurious perfumes and won numerous awards for its creations. Schwarzlose Parfum was characterized by the use of high-quality and rare ingredients, which gave the fragrances a unique touch. Among the most famous fragrances were classics such as "1A-33", named after the license plate number of the first Berlin car.

After the Second World War, however, the brand disappeared from the scene until it was revived by a dedicated team in 2012. Under the direction of Lutz Herrmann and Tamas Tagscherer, Schwarzlose Parfum made an impressive comeback. The new collection combines traditional formulas with modern influences and draws on the brand's rich history to create timeless fragrances.

Today, Schwarzlose Parfum stands for a successful combination of tradition and innovation. The fragrances are inspired by the vibrant energy of Berlin and reflect the cosmopolitan spirit of the city. Each perfume tells its own story and invites the wearer to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of Schwarzlose. A combination of deeply effective hyaluronic acid and fair trade aloe vera supplies and soothes the skin with intensive moisture. Gently plumping hyaluronic acid binds moisture reserves in the deeper layers of the skin and thus supports a smooth complexion. The finest rose water gives it additional freshness with the lovely scent of delicate rose.
