Return Period
You can return your order to us within one month of receiving the goods.

Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Notifying Us of Your Return
We're happy if you let us know about your return informally by email — feel free to simply reply to one of our emails. This helps us process your return more quickly and smoothly. However, you may also send the goods back to us without prior notice. You can also use the withdrawal button at the bottom of our website.

Processing Your Return
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will process it promptly. We will issue a credit note and refund the payment using your original payment method.
Please note that any use of the product beyond what is necessary to check it (e.g. consumption or opening of a product) may result in a claim for compensation for the reduction in value, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Due to Defective Goods
If the goods arrived damaged or incorrect, the return shipping is at our expense. In this case, please contact us so we can send you a return label.
