You will achieve the best results if you follow the following instructions for using your set.

Week 1 & 2: Start with the Sensitive Cleanser, the Protect Oil and the Hydro Moisturizer. We recommend using the Sensitive Cleanser in the evening to remove make-up and sunscreen and rinsing it off with lukewarm water in the morning.

For extremely sensitive skin, start with just the Sensitive Cleanser and Protect Oil and introduce the Hydro Moisturizer slowly.

Week 3: Introduce Sensitive Mist three times a week before moisturizing.

Week 4: Increase daily use of Sensitive Mist and monitor your skin to ensure it is coping well with its new routine.

Week 5: Consider visiting an Esse expert for a skin analysis to support the next phase of your skin renewal journey.

Tip: For dry skin that needs more nourishment, you can use the Nourish Moisturizer as a replacement for the Hydro Moisturizer.
