Pour a small amount of body oil into the palms of your hands. Now rub your hands together to warm up the oil. Spread the oil over your body using gentle, circular movements. Pay particular attention to dry or rough areas of skin.
For optimum results, apply the oil once a day, preferably after showering, so that the residual moisture remains in the skin.
