How plant hair colour works
Plant hair colours wrap around the hair with plant-based colour pigments such as henna and indigo. Unlike chemical colours, the hair is not lightened; the colour lays as a tone over the existing hair colour.
Application and processing time
The colour is mixed into a paste and applied to the hair. Pre-colouring is not necessary with Radico. Depending on the shade and desired intensity, the processing time is usually around 90 minutes; the exact instructions come with every product.
