Massage gently onto damp skin in circular movements, working towards the heart to promote lymphatic drainage. Rinse off and pat dry. Use once or twice a week, depending on your skin type and the season. For sensitive skin, once a week is generally sufficient, for normal or oily skin, twice a week. However, everyone is unique, so you should always listen to your body and go by your own feelings.

Do not use the cream on chapped or inflamed skin. Also, do not use Body Polish immediately after sunbathing or waxing, but allow your skin to rest for a few days first.

For best results, use Body Polish the day before to create a smooth surface for waxing. Allow your new skin to rest for a few days after waxing before using Body Polish again. Use body polish once or twice a week to prevent ingrown hairs and keep your skin looking radiant.
