Take a deep breath and become present. Apply to wet hair and work it in from the roots to the ends. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Follow with any hair bath and conditioner. Use weekly or monthly, depending on the frequency of hair washing and buildup. Avoid using immediately after coloring.
