A complex fragrance with lasting appeal and British character that is both fresh and woody. Soft woody notes of patchouli and vetiver are enlivened by a cool citrus note of bergamot, grapefruit and lemon. This is underlined by a great interplay with the green resinous notes of cedar and spicy juniper berry.
Lavender and fir balsam with a hint of laurel shape the character of the heart note. Mossy notes then play the leading role, while the fragrance develops further with ambergris, musk and a hint of leather in the base note, rounding off this timeless fragrance.
This eau de toilette is vegan.

A Floris family favorite since its creation in 1979 by the late Michael Bodenham, Elite is a fragrance to be enjoyed again and again. Named after "Lotion Elite" - a Floris aftershave cream that first appeared in our catalog in 1851. Elite was initially a late bloomer in the Floris range and shows that patience really does pay off in the art of perfumery. Although it retained some loyal followers, its admirers grew throughout the 1980s, both domestically and across the continent as exports to Europe increased.
Elite has since become an icon of the Floris Signature collection. It has found a second home among devotees around the world, particularly in Italy, where the fragrance has gone from strength to strength and remains popular today, 40 years after its launch.
