The hammam bath towel, "pestemal" in Turkish, is a traditional bath towel with many possible uses. Whether at the pool as a bath towel or as a scarf, plaid or tablecloth. The luxuriously soft and feather-light, highly absorbent cotton fabric, which also dries very quickly due to its rather loose weave, is characteristic of the 'pestemal' style. The special softness and, above all, the absorbency of the 'Pestemal' increase even further over time, which is why it is ideal as a bath towel or beach towel. When traveling, folded up in a suitcase, it impresses with its small footprint on the one hand and its elegant look when bathing on the other. You won't want to be without this fine, soft fabric as a scarf or shawl either, as it provides cozy warmth when a fresh breeze blows in after a sunny day. In the bathroom at home, the pestemal makes a welcome change from the usual terry cloth, while also spreading a little vacation feeling.
