Bei Rötungen der Haut (Couperose, aber auch nach zu viel Sonne oder durch Unruhe und Stress), ersetzen Sie das Tonikum kurmäßig oder akut durch die Dr. Hauschka Tag und Nachtkur sensitiv.

Vermeiden Sie Extreme wie sehr scharfes Essen, große Hitze oder Kälte und andere Faktoren, welche die Hautdurchblutung stark fördern.
